Raul, 76, died September 25, 2017, in Las Cruces, N.M. He retired from the USFS as an Assistant Fire Management Officer after a 30-year career. Raul jumped at Boise in 1976. He had excellent horseman skills and enjoyed packing, riding and hunting. Raul lived in Mimbres, N.M., at the time of his death.
