Mike died November 10, 2004 at his home in McMinnville, Oregon. He earned degrees from the University of Montana in math and science and moved to Anchorage in 1978 where he taught and started a music store. Mike moved to McMinnville in 2001 and worked as an accountant for a local hospital.He jumped at Missoula 1974-75.
